Wow Ben! Have you ever entered any races that had prizes or anything? Can you send some of your energy and stamina over here? I have none... Any big plans for your big birthday? Chris' is on the 11th too, and we both have school, all day long. They have a big fireworks show and stuff planned here, but I have a night class and will miss it.

Can you believe I was the first one up the mountain? This ride suffered from a serious lack of competition, but I beat my personal best by almost 40 minutes.

Too much to post. Must sleep. Had a great time on the river. I have a big bike race tomorrow that I've been looking forward to all year. Bike is all ready, I'm a little anxious. It's only a 30 mile race, but the first nine miles climb 6000 feet. It should be fun.
